Printers for luggage labels

Hotels, cloakrooms and event venues can use the label and counterfoil as corresponding references when taking care of guests' belongings. Choose your printer option according to the equipment you need at the desk, and select the luggage tag rolls named for this use.

How do the label and guest counterfoil work?

The printer produces a numbered self-adhesive label for the bag or coat and a counterfoil for the guest. The label stays on the item while the guest keeps the corresponding reference. At collection, staff use those references to match the belongings with the counterfoil presented by the guest.

Which rolls are used for luggage labels?

CoatCheck luggage tag rolls are the rolls named for this printing task. They are used to print the numbered self-adhesive label and the guest's counterfoil. When preparing equipment for luggage storage at a hotel or event venue, include these rolls in your selection alongside the printer option you choose.

Should you choose the printer or the set?

The shelf offers the CoatCheck+ Ticket Printer and a set described as including a keyboard and UK power lead. Choose according to the equipment you need to obtain for your desk. Compare the stated contents of each listing before ordering, particularly if a keyboard is part of your requirements.
